Flowers in the tropics: an open-air studio on the lawn, a Balinese penjor arching over the grass and the Indian Ocean beyond. Coral roses, green anthurium and phalaenopsis carried the tropical palette.

An autumn canal-city edition: a silver-draped red-and-white installation indoors, and bouquets carried out onto the Amsterdam street, past the bicycles, to the flower market.

A spring edition in a raw concrete hall at the home studio — a floral wall against the bare backdrop, colour theory on the flip chart, and spring flowers on every bench.

An autumn edition at the home studio, built around anthurium, pincushion protea and garden roses. The class worked the full composition system, from box arrangements to the standing installation.

The first Indonesian capital edition, after two Bali intensives. A signature installation went up on a rooftop plaza against the city skyline, worked in orange and magenta.

Three days in one of the most design-literate flower markets in the world, taught in a loft studio. The palette ran pink and yellow-green through anthurium and dried blooms, closing with certificates by the ivy wall.

A spring edition near the flower auction, worked in coral, orange and lilac. The finished bouquets went out in the academy's own green wrapping paper.

The autumn Amsterdam edition, worked in reds, berries and amaryllis. Students wired stems by hand and built a dense red-and-blue installation before the group photo.

The first German edition of the touring programme, worked in pink and sunflower. The room built arch installations and a burgundy-table sunflower centrepiece across the three days.

Our Eastern European anchor city, taught in a room with a fireplace. The signature piece cascaded in pastel roses over the mantel; the details ran to single peach roses and pale orchids.

Spring in the home studio, with a red-and-green installation along a velvet backdrop and a run of soft pastel box arrangements. The edition closed with certificates.

An autumn edition in Dubai, all tall backlit arrangements and a blue-delphinium wildflower installation. Pampas and dried grasses ran through the palette against the studio's tall windows.

December in the home studio, worked in deep magenta and red. The signature piece was a long table draped in red carnations and pampas; the room finished against a wall of red blooms.

An early-year Hong Kong edition, taught against the skyline through the glass. A yellow-and-orange floor installation and a cascading head-table garland anchored the event work.

Back to the city where the Asian tours began — this time on a rooftop, with a pink-rose installation set against the skyline. Blush garden roses and soft apricot bouquets carried the three days.

Our Malaysian home crowd, in a glass A-frame hall under a dried-palm installation. The finished work leaned bold — blue hydrangea with orange gerbera — and closed with certificates against a golden sunburst backdrop.

Our spring return to the Netherlands, a short drive from the Aalsmeer flower auction that moves a third of the world's cut flowers. The room worked from coral and peach through to soft lilac, and the three days closed around a Van Gogh–inspired sunflower installation.

Bangkok is a city where the flower market never sleeps, and the palette showed it: peach, tropical heliconia, cymbidium orchids and a pink floor installation. The class spelled out Lacy Bird in wrapping paper for the group shot.

A dedicated event-floristry intensive at the Dubai studio: cream arches, dusty-pink draped frames, coral tablescapes and a rooftop set at sunset. Three days on the large-scale work that fills a wedding or a brand launch.

The garden-city edition, taught in a season of pink and butter-yellow. Students built hand-tied bouquets and boxed arrangements across the three days, then graduated outdoors in front of the flower wall.
